B.Com
Martin Rowley is an Australian mining executive and company director with more than 40 years of experience in the global mining industry. He is best known as a co-founder of First Quantum Minerals, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and later Executive Director, helping grow that company into one of the world’s leading copper producers.
Since 2007, he has served as Chairman of Forsys Metals Corp., providing strategic leadership for the Company’s uranium development activities in Namibia. Throughout his career, he has held chairman and board positions with several publicly listed mining companies, including Galaxy Resources, Orocobre, Allkem, and Lithium One.
His expertise includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and project development. Mr. Rowley has played a significant role in financing and developing large-scale mining projects across Africa, Australia, North America, and South America, earning a reputation as an experienced leader in the international resources sector.

BSc (Geol.), FAusIMM, FAICD
John Borshoff is a highly experienced mining executive and geologist with more than 40 years of uranium experience. He spent more than 15 years at the start of his career as senior geologist and manager with the Australian activities of the global German uranium miner Uranerzbergbau GMBH. Following this, in 1993, he founded and listed Paladin Energy Ltd on the ASX, building that company into a multi-mine uranium producer having a global asset base and a valuation of $5 billion at its peak. In 2016, he took over management of ASX listed Deep Yellow Limited moving that company from a struggling $6 million company which by 2025 had grown to a valuation of $2.3 billion having a multi-project portfolio and heading toward developing two greenfield uranium projects located in Namibia and Western Australia.
Mr. Borshoff has proven experience in exploration, resource drill-out, feasibility studies, financing, uranium mine construction, operations, marketing, team building and conducting successful large public market transactions including acquisitions and capital raisings.
Mr. Borshoff is recognized as a global uranium expert and has established a vast international network in the uranium and nuclear industries as well as the mining investment market.

MSc. (Econ)
Pierfranco Malpenga has 30 years of experience in capital markets and finance as an investment manager and advisor. Throughout his career, he has held various roles as CIO and member of the investment committee for asset management companies and family offices. Previously, he worked for more than eight years in the Equity Division at Goldman Sachs. He began his professional career as a banker at Mediobanca and holds a degree in Economics with Honors (110/110 cum laude) from Bocconi University, where he subsequently worked as a researcher in the Public Finance Department.

B.Com
Knowledge Katti graduated from the University of Namibia and completed his articles in accountancy with PWC. Since then, Mr. Katti has pursued a career in entrepreneurship and business and contributed considerably to Namibia’s economic growth by attracting foreign investors to the country in sectors such as mining, oil and health industry. He has played an instrumental role in the entry of Shell Upstream, Total, Galp, Chevron, Exxon and Woodside Oil into Namibia. Notably, Mr. Katti and his partners Galp and Namcor were involved in the latest discovery of over 10bn barrels of oil in Namibia. His experience includes various directorships across oil and natural gas companies together with copper and phosphate companies. He is currently a non-executive director of Sintana Energy Inc.

MA
Mark Frewin graduated from Trinity Hall Cambridge University with a Master of Arts in 1984.
He has been a director of the Company since September 2005. He was a partner at the Canadian law firm of McCarthy Tétrault, based in their London office from January 2006 to June 2013 and was formerly a partner with the Wall Street law firm Milbank Tweed. Mr. Frewin was a director of Giyani Gold Corp. from 2012 to 2016 and Chairman of Westbridge Energy Corp. from 2012 to 2015, a director of UNX Energy Corp from 2010 to 2011 and a director of IC Potash Corp from 2011 to 2012.

Jorge Estepa has served as Corporate Secretary of Asarian Energy since 2004 and was also director of Asarian Energy from 2015 to mid-2026. He is a University of Toronto graduate who has over 30 years’ experience with publicly traded companies, serving in both investor relations and corporate administrative and development capacities. Mr. Estepa is and has been over the past 30 years an officer and/or director of numerous minerals resource public corporations listed on stock exchanges in Canada.

BCom. CPA
Miles Nagamatsu has over 30 years of experience in accounting, management, lending, restructures and turnarounds. Since 1993, Mr. Nagamatsu has acted as a Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies primarily in the minerals exploration and investment management sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant.

MSc (Geol.), MIMMM (IOM3 UK), Pr Sci. Nat. SACNASP (RSA)
Martin Hirsch holds an MSc in Geology from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt, and brings more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry, with particular expertise in Namibia’s uranium sector.
His career spans roles at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Rio Tinto’s Rössing Uranium, FSY-Valencia, Orano-Trekkopje, and Reptile Uranium (now Deep Yellow) Namibia. He most recently served as Exploration Manager and Manager of Resources & Pre-Development and Government Relations at Deep Yellow Namibia.
He is a member of the British Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) and is a recognised Competent Person under both the JORC and NI 43-101 reporting codes.

B.Com (Hons)
Christian Knobloch holds a B Comm (Hons) in Management Accounting and has 18 years of experience in corporate finance across listed and unlisted entities, with exposure to the life insurance, banking, and mining industries.
He has extensive experience in cost control, management reporting, and external audits. He also brings additional expertise in company secretarial administration and corporate governance controls and implementation.
