About Asarian Energy

Our story, our strategy.

Our story

A differentiated company

Asarian Energy Limited (formerly Forsys Metals Corp.) is an emerging uranium developer focussed on a single ambition: to become a significant, global developer and supplier of uranium in the modern nuclear era.

The world is in the midst of a fundamental energy transition. As nations reassess what a secure, safe, reliable and affordable energy system truly requires, nuclear energy has returned to the centre of the conversation – and with it, uranium. Yet primary supply has not kept pace. The sector faces a structural deficit that will only widen over the next 15-20 years, with mine production needing to roughly double to meet forecast demand over this period.

Our foundation asset is the wholly-owned Norasa Project in Namibia – one of the world’s largest permitted, undeveloped uranium projects. Comprising the Valencia and Namibplaas deposits, Norasa sits in one of the premier uranium provinces of the world: a stable, mining-friendly jurisdiction that globally ranks as the third-largest producer hosting three Tier-1 operating mines, supported with established road, rail, power and water infrastructure all within reach of our deposits.

The Way Forward

Proven leadership, renewed direction.

In mid-2026, the Company entered a new chapter under the leadership of John Borshoff, globally one of the most experienced uranium mining executives, with more than 50 years spent building uranium companies from exploration through to production. As founder of Paladin Energy, he grew a junior explorer into a multi-mine A$5 billion producer, delivering the first two new conventional uranium mines built globally in two decades. He then transformed Deep Yellow from a A$10.7 million junior into a A$2.3 billion development business with long-life projects across Namibia and Australia. His approach with Asarian employs a value creation strategy centered on asset optimization, expanding the Company’s project portfolio and building a proven team capable of converting vision into reality with effective execution.

Nuclear Energy

The driver

In terms of satisfying the larger global energy equation, renewable energy has been oversold and comes a very poor second when comparing expense and capability. Therefore, the world is reassessing what is needed to have a secure, safe and reliable energy system, hence the renewed strong interest in nuclear energy strengthening short-to-long-term fundamentals for uranium demand.

The rapidly increasing demand for electricity, with nuclear now firmly in the equation, has significant implications for uranium, a commodity which is entering a fundamental supply deficit that will become larger in the mid-term unless the mining sector becomes more capable and introduces highly innovative practices to meet the expected unprecedented demand.
